As you browse our job descriptions make sure you have all the requirements, experience and qualifications the position is requiring. Once you’ve verified you are qualified for the position, click on the apply button and fill out an application. You must fill out an application to be considered for a position. Below are some tips to consider as you complete the applicaiton process.

1. Be Curious About Our Company: Once you’ve found that position and your ready to apply, make sure to go on our website and read about our culture, mission, values and growth behaviors. Working for the worlds most iconic brands can be hard work but is immensely rewarding and we want individuals that are committed to our cause and understand our vision and purpose.

2. Completing the Application: Carefully review the requirements and skills to ensure your resume/application highlight your experience in the required areas. You can also use your LinkedIn profile to preload the online application, just make sure to update the fields with relevant experience for the job you are applying for. Once we receive your application we’ll review it and if your skills and experience match what we are looking for we’ll give you a call to come in for an interview.

3. Referrals: If you know someone within The Coca-Cola Company who could provide you a referral; prior to filling out the application, please contact them with the requisition number on the job description. They can send a link to the job, which identifies them as your referral. You don’t need a referral to be considered for a job with The Coca-Cola Company.

Interview Process

Our interview process can take plan onsite or virtually. In most cases, you will meet with as many as three people at one time. We try to bring a strong, diverse panel to meet our candidates in order to give you a thorough understanding of the role and the Company. During the interview, we will use this opportunity to get to know each other. We will talk about where you’ve been and where you want to go. This is our opportunity to learn about your past experience that demonstrates the skills and behaviors needed to succeed at Coca-Cola.

During the interview, you will have the opportunity to highlight your experience and strengths in four broad areas.

1. Your background and interest in the role: We will ask you to summarize your experience. Be prepared to speak to all parts of your resume in response to follow-up questions.

2. Key skills required for the role: Be prepared to discuss strong examples of past experiences, ensuring that you are highlighting your role in the examples. Think broadly about your transferable skills, especially if you are interviewing for a position where you have had less direct experience.

3. Growth Behaviors: We ask open-ended questions to learn how you approach work and solve problems. Study the job description and our growth behaviors. They may help you anticipate the types of questions you might be asked. There is no one right answer – we are looking to better understand your thought process and how you handle pressure and ambiguity at work.

4. Leading a Team: If the role you are interviewing for requires leading and developing people, we likely ask questions about your past or current experience managing and influencing others. Think about how you have enabled their performance and what has made your teams successful in delivering results.

Of course, you will also have an opportunity to ask follow-up questions and understand the role and its responsibilities much better during the process.
